Green vegetables just have a blissful taste and when it comes to spinach I just cant stop myself from having it.Spinach full of iron and vitamins just best for health of each and everyone of us.

Palak Paneer.

Ingredients:
1 bunch boiled Palak (spinach)
1 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup onion paste
150 grams paneer
3 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp jeera
1 tsp garam masala
1 bay leaf
Paste of 4 cashew nuts.
Salt as per taste

Method :
1.Take a mixer put boiled palak and make its paste.
2.Take a kadai add oil,bay leaf,jeera, cashew paste
3.Then add onion paste saute it for 3 to 4 mins
4.Then add tomato puree and garam masala and let it cook till it separates oil from it.
5.Then add boiled palak and let it come to a boil
6.Then add pieces of paneer and add salt and cook for 2 to 3 mins
7 . Ready to serve.
One of my favourite paratha's recipe I would like to share with all.Simple yet amazing flavours and taste.Moms recipe and it works like a magic.I am sure who ever tries this would be just in love with this paratha.My big brother's favourite he is the one who taught me eating this paratha.

Gobi paratha with Boondi Raita.

Ingredients for dough:
1 cup wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ghee
Water as required
1.Mix flour salt and water and make a dough
2.Apply ghee to the dough to give a shine.

For Filing:
1 cup grated gobi (cauliflower)
2 tsp oil
1 tsp kalaunji (carrom seeds)
1 tsp saunf
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp chat masala
1 tsp garam masala
Salt as per taste

Method :
1.Take a kadai or pan add oil, saunf, kalaunji.
2.Then add the grated gobi mix it a bit.
3.Then add chat masala, garam masala, salt, chilli powder.
4.Saute it for 2 mins and let it cook on low falme for 5 mins.
5.Masala is ready.

How to make the paratha.
1.Take a dough ball roll it in chappati form.
2.Add filing to the centre and roll it again and make a chapatti or paratha style
3.Place it on the tawa apply ghee on both sides.
4.See to it that the flame is low
5.Ready to eat

Boondi Raita:
1 cup whisked dahi (yogurt)
1/2 cup boondi
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp dry mint powder
1 tsp rock salt
Salt as required.

Method :
1.Whisk the curd add all the ingredients and keep it in refrigerator and serve chilled.

Paratha is ready to eat with boondi Raita and pickle.

A superb Indian sweet for all sweet lovers and all diabetics.No sugar yet very delicious and tasty. Making this dish would just give you appreciation all the way.I have gained lots and lots of appreciation for this superb sweet.

Dates Roll (Khajur Roll)

Ingredients:
1 cup chopped dates (khajur)
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup chopped mix dryfruits
1/4 cup dessicated coconut

Method:
1.Take a pan add butter
2.Then add chopped dates.
3.Mash the dates with potatoes masher.
4.Then add all the mix dry fruits.
5.See to it that it has developed a little paste form
6.Off the gas and apply ghee on your hands
7.Make it in a shape of a roll
8.Cover it with dessicated coconut.
9.Keep it aside and let it cool then cut it into pieces.

A simple yet nutritious dessert to beat this summer.Easy to make and good at taste.A good start for all begginers of cooking.All ingredients available at home.One of my favourite dessert.

Fresh Fruit Custard
Ingredients:
1/2 litre milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped apple
1/2 cup chopped chickoo
1/2 cup pomegranate
1/3 cup banana
1 tsp custard powder
1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Method:
1.Take a heavy bottom pan add milk and let it come to a boil.
2.Then add sugar and cardamom powder.
3.In half cup of water milk 1 tsp custard powder
4.Add it to the milk
5.Remove from flame and let it cool.
6.keep it in refrigerator and let it get cool.
7.Then add all the chopped fruits.
  Tastes good when chilled.

Cakes,cupcakes,cookies are something everybody loves to eat.Not only kids even the elderly people love to eat.Nowadays cupcakes are something preferred by all.A recipe of some relishing cup cakes.

CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES

Ingredients:
1 cup flour (maida)
3/4 cup powdered sugar
6 tbsp curd
5tbsp milk
6 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp soda bi carbonate
1 tsp baking soda
4 tbsp coco powder
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup whipped cream

For garnish:
Some cherries
Some choco chip's
Some sugar coloured balls
Some grated chocolate

Method:
1.Sieve flour, baking soda, coco powder, soda bi carbonate.
2.In a bowl mix butter, sugar and keep stirring till it becomes liquid in 1 form
3.Then add curd and milk to it and mix well
4.Mix all the dry ingredients
5.Put the battar in cup cake container.
6.Grease the container or put a butter paper
7.Pre heat the oven at 180 degree for 2 mins and later bake it for 20 mins
8.Then take it out in a plate.
9 . Take a icing bag fill with cream and attach a nosel to it
10.Garnish with cheeries, choco chips, sugar colour balls

Another summer cooler that is being loved by all.A dessert after dinner is a mood refresher . Nothing can beat an Indian dessert.


Royal fresh fruit falooda

Ingredients:
3 tbsp rose syrup
3 tbsp tapoica seeds (sabja)
1 scoop vanilla ice-cream
1 cup milk
1/2 cup strawberry pieces
1/4 cup mango pieces
1/2 cup jelly

Method:
1.Take a long glass for falooda
2.Add 3 tbsp rose syrup
3.Add 1 cup milk
4.Add 3 tbsp sabja seeds
5.Add 1 scoop ice-cream
6.Add 1/2 cup jelly
7.Then strawberries and mangoes
8.Garnish it with 2 pieces of cashew.
A refreshing summer drink that would tempt each and every person.A drink which would be enjoyed at the fullest only in the summers.Having a single, sip of it wil rejuvenate the whole body.


Aam paana (kairi panna)

Ingredients.
2 raw mangoes
1 cup sugar
2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp dry mint powder
1 tsp rock salt
Salt as per taste

Method:
Take a cooker.put some water and raw mangoes nd boil.Then remove it and peel off and make a pulp of it.Then strain the pulp and add all the dry ingredients and water as required.Then place it in refrigerator and enjoy the drink when chilled.
