One of my favourite snack a all time muncher for every all.Simple and loved by all.Elegant blender of crunch and softness.i hope this would be loved by all.


Crunchy Canapies

Ingredients:
4 boiled potatoes
1 chopped tomato
15 canapies (dip canapies)
1 tbsp cumin powder
3 tbsp green chutney
1 chopped green chilly
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 cup sev (bhujia)
Salt as per taste
Coriander to garnish
Oil for frying

Method :
1.Take boiled potatoes mash them add all dey masala,tomatoes, (except sev)
2.Mix all well and keep aside.
3.Take a kadai add oil fry canapies a little bit just to give a crunch effect.
4.Place canapies in a plate fill them with the potatoes filling
8.Garnish with sev and coriander
9. Ready to serve.
