The season of love is all here.Rainy season loved by all.Hot food is all you desire these days.Here is a fantastic hot recipe.


Baked potatoe Wedges

Ingredients:
3 large potatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp origano
1 tbsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp crushed garlic
1 tsp black pepper
Rock salt as per taste

Method:
1.Wash the potatoes very well and cut into wedges shape.
2.Take some ice water and dip the potatoes in it leave for 15 mins
3.Dry the potatoes with a cloth
4.Take a bowl add all the dry ingredients and mix the potatoes.
5.place a aluminium foil on your baking tray and place the wedges at some distance
6.Bake them for 20 mins at 220 degrees.

Wedges are ready
